Halloween is a pretty wonderful time of year for a makeup artist and this year was no exception! The day before Halloween I got the opportunity to work at the British Museum for their Day of the Dead (or Dias de los Muertos) event doing sugar skull face painting. It was a face paced, crazy time and I think we must have painted sugar skulls onto about 100 people each in the four hours we were working. Wonderful madness! On Halloween night I had the absolute pleasure of being hired to do some super fun face paint makeup for the night's festivities. Four sugar skulls and a sexy snake later, this group was ready to start partying! I also did some of my own Viking makeup for the night - not sure if real Vikings wore fake eyelashes but I think they suited! ;)
