A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of booking date. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit has been paid. Bookings made or deposits received within two weeks of the bookings date may be subject to an additional £20 rush booking fee. 

The remaining balance is due the date of the booking.

It is the responsibility of the client to inform RWMU of any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup, beauty or perfumed products. All efforts will be made to avoid contact with such products.

Bookings which are more than 45 minute travel by Tube from Belsize Park may be subject to a transportation fee.

In the event that an event is postponed (due to weather or other circumstances) deposits will not be refunded but will count towards a future session. If I have already done your makeup when you find the event is cancelled then the full amount is due.

In the event that I am not able to attend a confirmed booking due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, I will endeavor o find you another makeup artist. However, this cannot be guaranteed. In the event I cannot find a suitable MUA and we are not able to reschedule I will provide you with a full refund.

(As a note, I have never been unable to attend a booking in my career thus far.)
